What’s the difference between Hillenaar, Landfort and Mondri?
Mainly the location. The Hillenaar (4 people) sits by the water, the Landfort (4 or 6 people) by the edge of the woods and the Mondri (4 or 6 people) by the meadow. The Hillenaar 4, Landfort 6 and Mondri 4 also come in a variant with a private hot tub.
What time can I check in and out?
Check-in from 3pm. Check-out between 9am and 10am.
Do I have to clean myself?
No, final cleaning is included. On departure we only ask you to do the dishes and empty the fridge.
Can I cancel my booking?
No, cancellation is not possible. The full amount remains due. Consider cancellation insurance.
Are the facilities included?
Yes, use of the pool and the wellness area (sauna and jacuzzi) is included.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, one pet per house, on a lead on the park. Cats are not allowed. Register your pet in advance; a surcharge applies.
How many people do the houses sleep?
4 or 6 people. Each house has two or three bedrooms.
Can I park at the house?
Yes, each house has space for one car.
Is there wifi?
Yes, in every house, at no extra cost.
What about tourist tax?
Tourist tax is shown separately on your summary, per person per night. You see the amount before you confirm.
Can I live in a holiday home permanently?
No, permanent residence is not allowed.
