Which data we use

For a request we ask for your name, email address and optionally your phone number and a remark. That data goes to our booking system (ParkDossier) to process your request and communicate with you.

We also store how you arrived at the site (for example an ad or a search engine), so we know which channels work. This happens without cookies, in your browser’s memory during your visit.

Cookies

This site measures with Google (Consent Mode) how it is used, only after you have given consent in the cookie notice. Without consent no measurement or marketing cookies are placed.

To make the site work we only use technically necessary storage, for example for your language choice and your search details while booking. The booking module of the park’s reservation system uses its own functional cookies.

Retention and your rights

We keep booking data as long as needed for administration and the legal retention period. You can view, correct or delete your data by emailing receptie@residencewinterswijk.nl.

We use processors for the booking system and for hosting this website. The booking system is ParkDossier by Zanaro B.V. (Nieuwegein).
