- On departure you do the dishes and empty the fridge.
Booking and payment
- Cancellation is not possible; the full amount remains due.

- Pay within the term stated with your booking. Without payment the reservation may lapse, without refund.
Guests and use of the house
- The person making the booking must be at least 18. Young people under 18 without supervision are not admitted to the park.
- The house is meant for the number of people you stated, up to 4 or 6.
- The stay is for holidays. Permanent residence, temporary living and commuting to work from the house are not allowed.
- As the lead guest you are responsible for your fellow guests and visitors, financially and for their behaviour.
- We may ask for proof of identity at check-in.
- The park may change the house number before your stay begins.
- Offering services or goods for sale is not allowed, from the house or anywhere else on the park.
- Receiving guests for payment for sexual activities is not allowed.
- Smoking in the house is not allowed. If we find that someone has smoked in the house, we charge € 150 in extra cleaning costs. If smoking sets off the fire alarm, we charge the fire brigade call-out fee of € 375.
- Please use water, gas and electricity sparingly.
- Setting up a pool at the house is not allowed.
- We charge for damage. In case of serious damage, theft or repeated nuisance we may terminate the agreement, without refund.
Quiet and behaviour
- Night quiet applies between 10pm and 8am: no music or other sources of noise, and keep your voices down.
- During the day too, radios, TVs, musical instruments or karaoke must not disturb others.
- Parties and musical gatherings in the houses are not allowed.
- Alcohol is only allowed in the house and in its garden.
- Drugs, laughing gas and other narcotics are prohibited on the park.
- Keep the house, terrace and garden free of rubbish, beer crates and the like.
- Flying a drone on the park is only allowed with permission from the management.
- There are security cameras on the park. In case of incidents, the footage may be shown to the authorities.
- Follow the instructions of the staff. Anyone who does not follow the house rules may be removed from the park, without refund.
Car and traffic
- There is space for one car at the house. Park only in the marked spaces: not on the road, on another plot, on the grass or on an empty plot.
- Vehicles on the park may be at most 4.70 m long, 1.90 m wide and 1.95 m high.
- Campervans, work vans and delivery vans are not allowed on the park; park them outside. Trailers, carts and caravans may not be parked on the park or in the car parks.
- Drive at walking pace, at most 5 km/h. Children at play always have right of way.
- Drive only the shortest route between the entrance and your house, and use the car on the park as little as possible. Normal traffic rules apply on the park.
- Playing with electric scooters, hoverboards and the like is not allowed. You may only drive an electric vehicle with a valid driving licence.
- Do not charge an electric car at the house; use the car park with the charging point.
- If your visitors have luggage or have difficulty walking, collect them at the car park.
Pets
- One pet per house is welcome. Register your pet in advance; a surcharge applies.
- Cats are not allowed.
- Your dog must be vaccinated against rabies.
- On the park your dog must be on a lead. High-risk dogs must also wear a muzzle.
- Walk your dog outside the park. You must clean up after your dog on the park: bring a scoop or bag.
- Your pet must not cause a nuisance, including noise.
Fire and barbecues
- Open fires, such as fire pits and campfires, are not allowed.
- Charcoal barbecues are allowed, except during a weather warning, for example in extreme drought. Keep a bucket of water or a fire extinguisher at hand.
- Place the barbecue on a hard surface, at a safe distance from the house and the hedge, and take the wind direction into account.
- Never throw away a lit cigar, cigarette or match.
Waste
- The underground containers are at the car park in the middle of the site.
- Household waste goes in closed plastic bags in the container, glass in the glass container and paper in the paper container. Garden waste goes on the green trailer.
Playground and facilities
- The playground is suitable for children aged 4 to 12. Parents are responsible for its use and for their children's behaviour; follow the rules on the sign at the playground.
- Bullying or unwanted behaviour first gets a warning. If a child puts other children's safety at risk, we will contact you and may refuse access to the playground.
- Smoking is prohibited in the playground. Children also respect the night quiet.
- Use of the pool, wellness and playground is at your own risk.
- The pool and wellness area are included.
- Your stay is at your own risk. The park is not liable for loss, damage or theft.
Complaints, nuisance and post
- If something is not right, report it to reception straight away. We will do our best to solve it.
- If other guests are causing a nuisance, speak to them yourself first. If that doesn't help, call the emergency number shown on the front door of reception.
- Hand in any lost property at reception.
- Receiving post and parcels on the park is at your own risk. To send something, take it to a drop-off point nearby yourself.
- In situations these rules do not cover, the management decides.
